🚀 Prototyping and 3D Printing

The additive manufacturing department is led by the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon , equipped with AMS 1 and AMS 2 Pro , which enables multi-material and multi-color printing. This technology allows for the rapid creation of functional prototypes and technical components in advanced materials such as ABS, ASA, PA-CF, and PETG, ensuring precision, robustness, and a refined finish.

⚙️ Mechanical Processing

Alongside the digital world, LP9Engineering maintains a strong mechanical vocation thanks to a complete machine park:

  • Manual parallel lathe and 3-axis milling machine for precision machining.
  • Drill press and band saw for accurate drilling and cutting.
  • MIG/TIG welder for steel and aluminum work.
  • Equipped benches and professional tools , always ready for every workshop need.

🧼 Component Cleaning and Regeneration

To ensure maximum efficiency and reliability of the components, the workshop has dedicated tools for deep cleaning:

  • 3-liter ultrasonic tanks (ideal for carburetors and throttle bodies) and 10-liter tanks (for larger components, such as crankcases).
  • Professional sandblasters for surface preparation and recovery.
  • Powder coating systems with baking ovens , to guarantee resistant and industrial-grade finishes.

📏 Measurement and Control

Quality comes from the details: digital calipers, micrometers, comparators, and measuring instruments guarantee precise tolerances and reliability at every stage of the process.

💻 Design and Engineering Area

In addition to the machines, the workshop is flanked by a dedicated design area with latest-generation CAD workstations , professional software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Inventor, Ansys) and secure storage systems, to follow the entire workflow from virtual design to physical production.
