A complete preparation dedicated to 2-stroke engines, from 49cc up to 150cc , designed for those looking for more performance without sacrificing reliability .
Each engine is treated with artisanal care, using experience and technique to optimize every detail.

⚙️ Processing included

• Crankcase machining with duct connection and correction of support surfaces
• Cylinder processing : chamfering and finishing of the transfer ports edges to improve flows and reduce turbulence points
• Mirror polishing of the exhaust to reduce carbon deposits and improve the flow of burnt gases
• Connection between cylinder, manifold and exhaust to optimize passages and improve fluid dynamics
• Manual finishing of the intake and exhaust ducts with attention to symmetry
• Tolerance and clearance check with artisanal inspection of internal components
• Assembly and final tuning of the engine
